San Diego Harbor Log11-23-065:25 p.m. Unknown persons set adrift a 60 ton tender near Seaport Village. Harbor Police assisted in gaining control of the vessel until Vessel Assist arrived. A crime report was submitted on the incident. 11-24-068:59 a.m. A report of a fuel spill was made near the Marriott Marina. Coast Guard was notified. 4:30 p.m. Harbor Police took a theft report from a subject in a marina off N. Harbor Drive. Items stolen were fishing rods and reels. 11-25-0611:40 a.m. Harbor Police took a report from a person in Chula Vista Marina who said his outboard motor had been stolen from the rear of his dinghy. 11-26-067:23 p.m. A boater was issued a citation after he was observed and admitted to being docked at the National City dinghy dock for over seven hours. The limit is 15 minutes in that area. 3:51 p.m. A person was issued a citation for fishing without a fishing license near South Marina Park. 8:25 p.m. A vessel that appeared to be stripped and abandoned was stored after being found anchored illegally in the Glorietta Bay Anchorage. 11-27-067 a.m. Harbor Police Dive Team conducted training near buoy 9. 11-28-0612:20 p.m. Harbor Police stored a vessel that was illegally anchored in the A-8 Anchorage.
