7 a.m. Harbor Police divers conducted a training dive near buoy 5 in San Diego Bay.

2:30 p.m. Harbor Police took a report of a vessel collision that occurred sometime between mid October to early November in the Chula Vista Marina. No injuries were reported.

3:15 p.m. Harbor Police responded to A-4 regarding a vessel adrift. Located a windsurfing board that was adrift. It was stored for being a hazard to navigation.

8 a.m. A fuel spill was reported near the Shelter Island Basin. Coast Guard responded to investigate.

10 a.m. Harbor Police found a vessel illegally moored at the Peohe's dock. A female on board was found to have an outstanding felony warrant. A male, who was not the registered owner of the boat, was arrested at the scene for various drug and theft related charges. The vessel was stored at a boat yard.

6:30 p.m. Harbor Police arrested a male subject on his boat near buoy 7 in San Diego Bay. His vessel was stored at a boat yard.
