Is living in san diego fun?

San Diego has a very relaxed and “carefree” lifestyle and that's probably why San Diego is the best place to live according to many. San Diego has a lot to offer and we want to show it to you. This is my first year in San Diego and I must say that mixing public transportation with a bicycle or any other type of transportation is the perfect way to go, you can save a lot of time and, since the weather is perfect all year round, you won't have to worry about traveling in cold, hot or rainy climates. We've lived 6 months in Tempe AZ (we haven't been impressed) and more than 30 years in Houston and we're ready for a change as children grow up and move. With more than 7,000 restaurants within the city limits, San Diego is guaranteed to please foodies who want to call this city home. There is also San Diego State University (SDSU), which is proud to create compassionate leaders and ethical innovators through its 97 bachelor's degree programs, 84 master's degree programs and 23 doctoral programs. The fact is that San Diego is a car-centric city and, as a result, parking is an absolute problem.

I feel very fortunate to be able to be in San Diego and experience this life that so many people talk about. One of my favorite things about living in San Diego is that planning based on the weather is rarely a consideration because 95% of the time, it's going to be great outside. With a warm, sunny climate all year round, picturesque natural beauty, a thriving job market, and a wealth of things to do, it's no surprise that San Diego is one of the fastest-growing cities in the United States and one of the best places to live in California.
